I’m Dr. Andrea Lein—psychologist, author, coach, and mentor to gifted, deep-feeling women who are ready to flourish.
For over 25 years, I’ve studied and helped brilliant, creative, and intense individuals find clarity, healing, and wholeness.
I’ve taught and integrated the science of well-being for decades—but life gave me the opportunity to embody it on a deeper level.
While guiding others through transformation, I was also walking through my own: navigating early motherhood as a college student, healing generational wounds, and learning to trust both science and Spirit to lead me home to myself.
At 19, I was a single mother in college, navigating life with no safety net.
I put myself through college and grad school (10 long years), became the first in my family to earn a college degree —much less a PhD—and eventually built a career serving some of the brightest minds—and their families—in the world: leaders, artists, CEOs, physicians, therapists, and high-achieving women who seemingly “had it all,” yet still felt something was missing.

I know what it’s like to look like you have it all together… while secretly feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or completely disconnected.
So I don’t just guide gifted women—I am one. I’ve lived the questions, too.
I also know what it’s like to rise.
My healing didn’t come through traditional therapy or medication.
It came through a deeper relationship with God, a radical reclamation of my inner wisdom, and a life designed with beauty, intention, and truth.
Now, I help other gifted women do the same.
